Guests must leave by 10:00 on departure day.

The modules for the communication of guests' personal details (required by law in Italy) shall be completed and communicated on arrival of guests.

It is not permitted to allow other people to stay overnight, other than those registered, without the permission of the owner.

The property is not sufficiently equipped to receive disabled guests.

The breakage deposit, payable on arrival, will be returned at time of departure after checking the apartment.

At time of arrival guests should show the booking agreement voucher between themselves and the owner.

The price includes:

• Electricity, water, gas
• Wi-fi internet connection
• Bed linen and towels
• Weekly linen change

The price not includes:​

• Heating 
• Air conditioning
• Tourist tax: EUR 2.50 per person per day for the first 4 days
• Final cleaning

Methods of payment

To confirm a reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total rental cost must be paid by bank transfer to the following account, as guarantee of booking:

The balance must be paid on arrival.

The reservation will be considered valid only from the moment the balance is received.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation of booking:

Non-refundable reservations with date change. However, each reservation includes one single date change at least 3 days prior to check-in. The price of the stay must be equal to or higher than the original. Booking conditions and accommodation type remain unchanged.
